Rachel Garner, MD

About

Rachel Garner, MD, FAAD, earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and her MD degree in 2008 from Upstate Medical University, inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and graduated magna cum laude.

Subsequent to medical school, Dr. Garner spent two years in an internal medicine residency and then became a resident and chief resident in dermatology at the University of Rochester. From 2013-2017, Dr. Garner was an attending dermatologist at Lourdes Hospital in Vestal, NY. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
